Note: You must be the owner of the account or a billing liaison to cancel, pause, or delete your account.
Canceling or pausing your subscription
To pause or cancel your account, go to the Settings => Account & Billing page. Click on the Options drop down. Next, click on the Cancel Subscription option.
Once your subscription is canceled, you can delete your account by clicking on the Options drop down. Next, click on the Delete Account option.
