Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans are prorated differently than monthly plans. This video covers the difference and explains exactly how annual proration works:

Note: Proration charges will be processed 12 hours after they are triggered on annual plans. For example, if you add a team member at 8am which causes a proration you will be charged at 8pm. This is a "grace period" to prevent multiple charges when adding consecutive team members. (In the video above we are not completely clear about this.)
