You can adjust the way you view your schedule and timesheets by using the Grid, Calendar, and List views. 

Your view preferences are saved per page and can be updated any time. Don't worry, updating your view will not change settings for other team members.

To update your view, look for the options at the top left of the page. 

Using Grid view

The Grid view lists resources on the y-axis (vertically) and days on the x-axis (horizontally). 

The grid view can be grouped by team member, position or location. This view is only available on the Schedule => Team Schedule and Timesheets => Team Timesheets pages. 

When using grid, you can also group resources by team members, positions, locations by changing the group option.

Note: Time offs and availability requests are not visible when grouping by positions and locations.

When using grid, you can also view schedules and timesheets by day by using the Day and Week button group. 

Using the Calendar view

The calendar view displays all shifts and timesheets on the calendar ordered by time. With the calendar view, you can view schedules and timesheets by week or month. 

Note: Time offs and availability requests are not visible when using this view. 

Using the List view

The list view can be used to see and export a table of the data for the page (e.g. shifts, timesheets, time offs, shift covers, etc.).
