You can use ZoomShift without setting up positions or locations.
However, if you have more than a few team members, this is not recommended.
Positions and locations are a way to organize your schedule and make using ZoomShift much easier.
When editing a team member, you can select the positions/locations that a team member can work. You can select one, a few, or all positions/locations.
These fields look like this:
Instead of assigning positions/locations to a team member, you can also select the team members that can work each position/location.
When editing a position/location, this field looks like this:
