How can I set team members' wages?

At ZoomShift, you have the flexibility to assign wages to team members for each position they work or set wages for individual positions. Alternatively, you can leave the wage fields blank, as they are optional based on your preferences. In this guide, we'll walk you through both methods for setting wages.

  1. Head to the Team tab
  2. Click on an employee to add wages
  3. Click Positions/Wages
  4. Select positions for the employee
  5. Add a value for the Hourly Wage
  6. Click Save

Individual rates per position

  1. Head to the Team tab
  2. Click on an employee to add wages
  3. Click Positions/Wages
  4. Toggle ON the option that says 'Set individual rate and pay type for each position'
  5. Add a rate for each position
  6. Click Save

Important: Wages do not apply retroactively. If you change a wage, they will only apply to newly created shifts
