How to reactivate my subscription?

If you’re an account owner who’s had a ZoomShift subscription in the past, you may want to reactivate your account. In this guide, we show you how:


  1. Log in to ZoomShift
  2. A message will appear letting you know that your account is currently inactive.
  3. Click Reactivate Subscription

  1. You’ll see a window with our plan options. Select your preferred plan and choose between a monthly or yearly subscription.
  2. Click Upgrade

  1. Next, you’ll see a final screen with your billing address and plan details.
  2. Click Reactivate Subscription,

Note: If you’re unable to log in to your account or have forgotten your password, click here to create a new one.
