Trouble Logging In?
If you are getting the error below, here are some steps you can try to get yourself logged in.
1. Double check for errors. The most common reason this error occurs is due to a mistype such as .con or an extra letter.
2. Try a different email. Is it possible you used a work email or your personal email to create your account? (Look up ZoomShift in that email. If it is not there, that is probably not the email you used.)
3. Reset your Password here. (If you do not see the reset come through, check your spam)
