How can I add team members in bulk?

At ZoomShift, you can add team members in two ways: individually, by adding a single user and filling out their details, or in bulk, when you need to upload multiple team members at once. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the process of adding team members using a CSV file.


To use a CSV file to add your team members follow these steps:


  1. Head to Teams
  2. Click Tools
  3. Click Import via CSV

You'll see a box where you can find a CSV template which shows you how the format of your CSV should be in order to be accepted by the system at the moment you import it. If you want to see the template click Download CSV Template.


Once your file is ready you can import it:


  1. Click Choose File
  2. Click Import Team Members
