How can I archive a team member?

Archiving a team member makes them inactive, either temporarily or permanently. While archived, they cannot log in or access the organization. This is ideal for former employees, seasonal workers, or students who only work during breaks or summer. You can always remove archived users from the archived list and set them to active

Archive a team member

  1. Head to the Team tab
  2. Locate the user or users you'd like to archive
  3. Check them off by clicking on the circle next to their names
  4. At the bottom, click the Archive Selected Team Members
  5. You'll see a pop-up asking for the confirmation; click OK

Alternatively, you can also archive a team member by clicking on the user's name and clicking the Archive option.


Unarchive a team member

  1. Head to the Team tab
  2. Click 'Archived' at the top. You'll see a list of your archives team members
  3. Locate the team member you'd like to unarchive and select it
  4. Click Unarchive Selected Team Members

Important: Archiving a team member will not prevent it from being added to your monthly or annual billing, as it still adds up to the total number of seats in your account.
