How can I delete a team member?
In this guide, we'll cover how you can delete a team member from your ZoomShift account. Before moving forward, double-check that you’ve downloaded any historical data you might need. This change is permanent and can't be undone.
To delete a team member, you need to archive the user first:
- Head to the Team tab
- Locate the user or users you'd like to archive
- Check them off by clicking on the circle next to their names
- At the bottom, click the Archive Selected Team Members
- You'll see a pop-up asking for the confirmation; click OK

Now that the user is archived, continue with the steps below to delete the team member:
- Head to the Team tab
- Click 'Archived'
- Click on the user's name that you'll delete
- Click Delete
Important: Deleting a team member will not prevent it from being added to your monthly or annual billing, as it still adds up to the total number of seats in your account.
